Cheap Rent for PAINTER, Aranui in Avondale, Auckland for sale
Wanting to paint my 2.5 bedroom house so I can sell end of next year. Offering cheap maybe cheaper rent (depending on weekly painting etc.) to a qualified painter to help me out. I usually stay at my partners house so you will have the house to yourself most the time, come home on the occasion usually just to do washing lol. Fridge, washing and dishwasher. Dogs and smokers welcome. The house is in Aranui but I've lived there for five years any never had any problems and all my neighbors are great. I have started scrapping...kinda...but lost motivation due to the cold and the fact I really have no idea what im doing. References and proof of work required.
