great 2 bedroom modern unit built in the last year. deck gets sun all day! huge tv and brand new lounge suite. everything is supplied except bed. built in wardrobe aswell. I have gas bottles so power is abit cheaper and only need to replace about every 6 months for about 100$. internet is broadband VDSL unlimited, 45$ month each and power is about the same each month (does vary slightly). I work full time, and am pretty laid back and easy to get along with, enjoy a bit of gaming and playing guitar as well. landlord is a friend of mine and lives next door ( Tim and Stelle ) and they're awsome! really need someone to move in asap!
